Refresher

$150 / 1 session, 2.5h, in the comfort of your home if you are local. I will also do zoom if you live out of state.

This class is for those couples who have taken: my class with a previous pregnancy and you would like a refresher. Yes, let’s do it!

If you have not taken my class previously but want a new experience with your second birth, then “Not My First Rodeo” might be the perfect class for you!

2.5h refresher includes a review of your previous birth, what worked and what needs improved, and a closing hypnotic script. What might be different with your 2nd birth? Let’s chat about that too.

As needed, we can review breathwork, self hypnosis, visualization, partner support and strategies for improving communication, or allowing fear release in preparation for baby #2.
