Course Information & Policies

Getting Started I'd love to meet with you before you register for class—either in person or over the phone, whichever is more convenient for you. This consultation allows us to determine together which class format best suits your needs while giving us a chance to get acquainted and discuss your specific goals for your HypnoBirthing® education.

Course Structure HypnoBirthing® courses are offered as comprehensive five-week sessions, with each class lasting 2.5 hours. To secure your spot, a $100 deposit is required, with the remaining balance due by the first night of class. Please note that class availability cannot be guaranteed without a deposit.

Scheduling Flexibility Life happens, and I understand that schedule conflicts can arise during pregnancy.

• Private Classes: These offer the most flexibility for rescheduling. If you need to miss a session, please contact me 72 h ahead of the class to be missed so we can arrange an alternative time that works for both of us.

• Group Classes: While rescheduling group sessions requires an additional fee of 175$ per class, due to the coordination and time involved, I'm happy to discuss options with you before you register to find the best fit for your schedule. Note: Make up classes will be held in the comfort of your home instead of our group classroom.

refund & cancellation policy

Under special circumstances I do offer full refunds if a full course needs to be cancelled.

If a course is cancelled seven business days or less before the scheduled start date, a 25% cancellation fee will be assessed.

Under special circumstances I do offer partial refunds if a course will not be finished.

If classes are missed without notice, refunds will not be assessed.
